Blue Wren Disability Services is looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

We are seeking applicants with a minimum of 2 years' disability sector experience, with confidence supporting participants with Behaviours of Concern (BOC), Manual Handling and Personal Care.

Provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and community inclusion.

Shifts may include:

• Community access and outings

• Daily living and personal care

• Appointments and recreational activities

• Manual handling and safe transfers

• Behaviours of Concern support

• SIL support and sleepover shifts

🏠 WARRAGUL SIL HOME – FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER

We are particularly seeking an experienced female support worker who:

• Is available for 2–3 nights per week

• Monday night availability is a priority

• Has strong experience with BOC and manual handling

• Can confidently follow Behaviour Support Plans

🌳 COMMUNITY ACCESS SHIFTS

We also have community access shifts available for experienced workers who enjoy supporting participants to achieve their goals and participate in the community.

Activities may include appointments, shopping, walks, recreational activities, social outings and transport.

• Shifts available 7 days a week, 7am–midnight

✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years' disability support experience

• Demonstrated BOC experience

• Demonstrated manual handling experience

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check – Employee

• First Aid & CPR

• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules x4

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable, fully insured vehicle

• Current Infection Control Certificate

• Manual Handling Certificate

• Medication Certificate
