About the Role

Our Support Workers play an important role in helping older people maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing at home.

Depending on your qualifications, experience and the needs of our clients, duties may include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living

• Domestic assistance and general housekeeping

• Meal preparation and household tasks

• Respite support

• Transport to appointments and community activities

• Social support and companionship

Who Are We Looking For?

We welcome applications from:

Qualified Personal Carers
Candidates with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent relevant qualification, and experience in providing in-home care and personal assistance.

Domestic Assistance Support Workers
Candidates with relevant experience in cleaning and domestic duties who are reliable, practical, compassionate and committed to supporting older people in their homes.

We value people who demonstrate respect, professionalism, good communication skills and a genuine commitment to quality care.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have the relevant checks, licences and certificates for their role, including:

• Current National Police Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, where required

• Valid Australian driver’s licence

• Working With Children Check, where required

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates, as applicable to the role

• Relevant qualifications for personal care duties

• Required vaccination evidence in accordance with applicable legislation, client requirements and organisational policy
