About the role
Bakers Delight Leongatha is seeking for a Baker to join our skilled team. This is a full-time position based in our bakery located in Leongatha VIC 3953. As our Baker, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of our high-quality baked goods to the local community.
What you'll be doing
- Mixing, preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked products
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
- Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our baking processes and product range
What we're looking for
- Qualified Baker or Apprentice who is willing to join our friendly team
- Previous baking experience in a commercial setting is desirable but not essential
- Passionate about bread and willing to learn more about it
- A good team player and proactive
