Cranes Civil & Surfacing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources / Payroll Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly payroll for staff for separate entities
- Maintaining employee records and timesheets
- Managing superannuation, tax, and payroll compliance
- HR compliance and operational processes
- Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Execution of employment contracts
- Performance reviews & professional development plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a payroll
- Strong understanding of payroll software (e.g. Xero, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good time management and communication skills
- 5 years experience in a relevant or similar role
- Qualification in Human Resources
- A positive attitude
- Great organisational and time management skills
