About the role
The Mental Health Social Worker employed by Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) will provide services to the East Gippsland Mental Health and Wellbeing Local.
You will provide support services to people experiencing mental illness, with the goal of improving outcomes for participants, carers, and the wider community.
Skills & Experience
Have a relevant tertiary qualification within the social services field i.e. Bachelor of Social Work.
Experience working with individuals and families to create care plans, provide referrals, risk assessment & safety planning, education and recovery-focused support.
Collaborate with services and stakeholders, strengthen interagency partnerships, and deliver flexible outreach support.
