What You’ll Be Doing
- Liaising with other business owners and stakeholders
- Managing documentation and client records
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling phone enquiries and promoting our services
- Managing invoices and overdue balances
- Supporting NDIS-related administration
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures
- Working autonomously and taking initiative
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Professional phone manner
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- Experience with website content and marketing funnels
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, including BAS and debt management
