• Lead and mentor the gaming team to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee daily operations, including float management and payouts.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Victorian gaming regulations and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and responsible environment for all patrons.

About You:

• A seasoned professional with a current RSA and RSG.
• A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills with a "lead by example" attitude.
• Excellent communication and a sharp eye for detail.
