About the Opportunity
Wellways is looking for passionate Support Workers to join our team!
In this meaningful and varied role, you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals by delivering a wide range of services under their NDIS plans, as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team. These services include assistance with daily living, transport, community and social participation, and building everyday life skills. Your days may involve outdoor activities, personal care, or helping someone access education, work, or health services.
The role involves driving across the Gippsland region to deliver support services , so a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential. Flexibility in availability will also be highly regarded.
