Dirtworx Training is a respected provider of civil construction and high risk training across East Gippsland and beyond.
We're growing, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Trainer & Assessor to come on board.
This one suits someone who really knows their stuff across both High Risk Work Licences and civil plant and machinery. If that sounds like you, read on.

What you'll be doing
Delivering training and assessment for High Risk Work Licences.
Running civil construction plant training and competency based assessments. Conducting theory and practical assessments in line with WorkSafe and RTO requirements.
Keeping compliance documentation accurate and up to date. Making sure every session is safe, professional and supportive.
What we're looking for
TAE40116 or TAE40122 (or equivalent).
Current High Risk Work Licences.
Current civil construction plant operations competencies.
Solid industry experience across civil construction, plant operations and high risk work.
Strong communication and organisational skills. A sound grasp of compliance and safety obligations.
Highly desirable
Certified WorkSafe High Risk Assessor (Victoria) for:
Forklift (LF),
EWP (WP over 11m),
Dogging,
Crane (C2 / C6 / CN / CO).
Broad civil plant competency across excavator, skid steer, loader, backhoe, roller, tractor, dozer, grader and more.
Experience delivering nationally recognised training.

If you've got the high risk side covered but not much civil, or plenty of civil experience but no high risk, we'd still love to hear from you.
We're open to bringing on more than one trainer for the right people. Some training can also be provided for the right candidate.
