Estimator - Inhouse

INHOUSE - ALUMINIUM WINDOW & DOOR ESTIMATOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Fulltime Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience.

Reporting directly to management.

Your main duties will include:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and quotes using V6 software.

• Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Completing material take-offs and securing competitive supplier pricing.

• Communicating effectively with builders, architects, and project managers and customer walk-ins.

What We Are Looking For

• V6 Mastery: You must be highly proficient in V6 software. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience estimating residential and/or commercial aluminium window systems.

• Autonomy: A calm, can-do attitude with the ability to work unsupervised in the office.

• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
