We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Retail Coordinator to join our pharmacy team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the front of pharmacy while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

A typical day might look like:

Assisting customers with a wide range of pharmacy products, including vitamins, personal care, baby care, first aid, and over-the-counter medicines 

Providing guidance on Pharmacy Medicines and supporting prescription workflows where required 

Supervising and supporting Pharmacy Assistants to ensure high standards of service 

Coaching and mentoring team members, including assisting with training and development 

 

 

A typical day might look like: - continued

Managing stock levels, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards 

Supporting promotional activity and ensuring pricing and displays are accurate 

Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally 

Working closely with the Retail Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs 

Ensuring compliance with store procedures, safety standards, and company policies. 

Responsibilities:

• Always keep customer and employee information private and strictly confidential 

• Attend and as and when required assist with conducting staff meetings  

• Support and comply with all business and store policies and procedures  

• Maintain good working knowledge of the store’s systems and processes  

• Assist with maintaining security procedures in store and any store emergencies 

• Lead by example and promote a positive working environment

• Present and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, in line with the company’s Code of Conduct  

• Take all reasonable care for your own and others safety and wellbeing while at work including ensuring staff under your supervision comply with safety instructions and operating procedures  

• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by your Manager. 

About you !

Experience as a senior pharmacy assistant or retail professional (Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or Retail highly regarded) 

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust 

Proven ability to supervise, coach, and support team members 

Sound knowledge of pharmacy or retail products and services 

Strong attention to detail with experience in stock control and merchandising 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities 

A proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
