About the Role

• Coordinate floor flow and table service during peak bistro hours.
• Support and train junior staff to maintain our service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a professional, positive touch.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless meal delivery.

About You

• High-energy with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior floor role.
• Organized, punctual, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Holds a current RSA (or we can help you get one).
