About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support across several key functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Department Heads
• Manage and process online orders for operational supplies
• Perform accurate data entry, particularly across finance-related tasks
• Maintain organised records and filing systems
• Assist with Accounts Receivable processes
• Support the Accounts team with data entry and reconciliation

Systems & Training

You will work across a range of hotel and procurement systems, including:

• Opera Cloud
• BirchStreet
• Booking Trust
• EXEC

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, however prior experience with any of these systems will be highly regarded.

About You

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Previous administration experience (hotel or hospitality experience preferred)
• Comfortable working with financial data and systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
