We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our close-knit team at Ella Baché Bairnsdale.
What you’ll be doing
This role isn’t just about treatments — it’s about connection. Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing facials, massage, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, lash lifting, brow lamination — the whole beauty toolkit, Ella Bache Bairnsdale is a high performance salon with high performance facials (further training can be provided)
- Giving one-on-one consultations and tailoring treatments to your client’s needs
- Keeping our salon sparkling clean and welcoming
- Managing bookings and making every client feel like the only one
- Being a key part of our supportive, friendly team
What we’re looking for
You’re someone who:
- Has a Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- IPL/Laser training highly regarded
- Brings at least 2 years’ experience in a salon environment
- Is all about client care — friendly, professional, and great at building rapport
- Has a keen eye for detail and top-notch time management
- Loves learning, sharing ideas, and lifting the vibe around them
