From greeting clients to running payroll, managing accounts in Xero, and keeping things ticking behind the scenes — this role offers genuine variety, responsibility, and impact. If you love structure, systems, and top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors — with a smile!
- Deliver timely and friendly responses via phone, email and in person.
- Keep client records sharp and accurate.
- Handle payroll and accounts with care and compliance.
- Support the team with admin tasks, reviews, reports and more.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in admin/customer service roles
- Warm, professional communication style
- Top-tier accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office + bonus points for Xero know-how
- Team spirit and initiative to make things better
