Contract Details
This is a Parental Leave Relief position, offered as a fixed-term contract starting mid-August 2025 and continuing full-time (80 hours per fortnight) until 2nd October 2026.
About the Role
In this diverse and fulfilling position, you will provide leadership in the provision of Occupational Therapy (OT) and Allied Health Assistant (AHA) services. Your work will support improved health outcomes for consumers through a multidisciplinary, integrated approach to healthcare delivery. You will also collaborate closely with the Deputy Director Allied Health to implement new departmental and organisational initiatives related to Allied Health.

What You Need
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical Occupational Therapy, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven ability to provide strong leadership to individuals, teams, and external networks, supporting high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care.
- Extensive clinical experience in hospital and/or community settings, including patient-centred care and goal-oriented OT and Lymphoedema interventions.
