
Administration Assistant

Join Veolia's Environmental Services team in Gippsland as an Administration Assistant supporting our regional waste collection site.
In this role, you'll be a key member of our operations team, working in a dynamic office environment where attention to detail directly impacts our success. You'll manage critical administrative functions including, purchasing, billing, and data management—all while contributing to our commitment to sustainable development and ecological transformation.

Stable Monday to Friday schedule (8:00am - 4:00pm)with no weekend work

Exposure to multiple systems and platforms including SAP, Salesforce , and Google suites

Ensure accurate data entry for invoicing and reporting to support Environmental Services Administration
Process and raise purchase orders in SAP
Manage general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and document organisation
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Support team members with administrative requirements
Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with data entry standards and deadlines
Prepare reports and documentation as required
Support customer service initiatives
Certificate III in Business Administration and minimum 2 years in an administration role with strong organisational foundations
Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Google Sheets
Reliability and a willingness to learn
Sound skills in building relationships
Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities relevant to the role
