About the role

The Rosey Pub is seeking an experienced Chefs to join our culinary team on a full-time & part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a dynamic hospitality environment. Based in Rosedale, VIC 3847, you will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials, bringing creative ideas to enhance our offerings

• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

• Maintain compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP principles

• Prepare and execute special events and functions as required
