General Manager – People & Culture

Permanent Part-Time | 24 hours per week

Location: Work from home and onsite at Venus Bay, South Gippsland

Salary: $78,793 per annum plus superannuation (24 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our small not-for-profit disability support organisation.

This rewarding role involves supporting and managing a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and Support Workers who assist a gentleman with complex disabilities to live safely, independently and actively participate in his community.

Responsibilities include human resources and staff management, administration, working closely with the Registered Nurse Team Leaders, some case management, and maintaining strong relationships with the gentleman, his family and the Committee of Management.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisational and people management skills, together with a genuine commitment to person-centred disability support. Experience in disability services, healthcare or human resources will be highly regarded. Formal qualifications in Human Resources or Management are desirable.

Classification: SCHADS Award – Level 7.
