
About the role
Inverloch Mitre10 is seeking an outgoing individual to join the team as a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant. This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships.
What you will be doing;
- Welcoming and assisting customers at the front counter
- Processing sales through our POS system
- Answering phone enquiries and helping with click-and-collect orders
- Keeping the front-of-store area neat, organised, and well-stocked
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer service
What you will bring;
- Paint or nursery knowledge preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective time management skills
- A passion for Customer Service
- High level of verbal skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
- Drive to resolve customer issues
