Cellar Door & Markets Assistant

Mates Gin is a growing Wonthaggi distillery, and we're after someone with a bit of spark to join the crew. This isn't a sit-still kind of role — you'll be pouring tastings at the cellar door one day, packing up the van for a weekend market the next, and pitching in wherever the business needs you. If you love chatting to people, enjoy a good gin, and want to be part of something that's actually going somewhere, keep reading.

What you'll do

• Run the cellar door — tastings, stories, and good conversation

• Hit the road for weekend markets and events around Gippsland

• Jump into whatever else needs doing as we grow

• Work solo when you need to, and as part of a tight-knit team

What we're looking for

• A current driver's licence (you'll be out and about)

• Weekend availability — it's when the magic happens

• RSA, or happy to get one

• Someone who backs themselves and gets stuck in

• Full training provided — bring the attitude, we'll teach the rest
