PBE Real Estate Venus Bay is looking for our next top sales agent. If you have a passion for real estate and the drive to match, this is your moment. We are after someone dynamic and enthusiastic who wants more than just a job. A relocation incentive package is available for the right person.

The role: Venus Bay and surrounding areas

You will work as part of our team with constant sales and listing support behind you. Your day to day will include:

  • Client prospecting

  • Listing properties for sale

  • Gathering market intelligence

  • Handling prospective buyer enquiries

  • Pre settlement inspections

  • Market appraisals

  • Pre and post appraisal follow up

  • Networking for business opportunities

  • Conducting private inspections and open for inspections

  • Database management

What you bring

Our best performing, highest earning agents tend to be people who:

  • Hold a current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate

  • Have a valid driver's license and a presentable vehicle

  • Can describe, explain and market a property with confidence and a strong vocabulary

  • Are process driven with high attention to detail

  • Are focused, driven and motivated

  • Have a strong work ethic and a positive outlook

  • Can sell directly while appreciating the subtler art of negotiation

  • Bring high level problem solving and strong written and verbal communication

  • Are comfortable with new technologies and keen to learn

  • Are team players with the ambition to become a leader in the industry

  • Have exceptional follow up and database skills

  • Present professionally and always show up on time

  • Are always thinking outside the box

Real estate sales experience is preferred, along with a history of exceptional customer service, CRM knowledge, data entry experience and proficiency across a range of computer systems. Whether you are already a leader or working toward it, we want to hear from you.

Office hours

Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm Sunday 10am to 4pm Public holidays 10am to 4pm
