Boatyard Services Manager
Gippsland Ports is a provider of waterway management, dredging, marine infrastructure and asset management services along the Gippsland coast from Anderson Inlet to Mallacoota.
We are currently seeking a dynamic, commercially focused and appropriately experienced person to provide operational and service leadership for Gippsland Ports Boatyard services. This position will lead day‑to‑day operations at Paynesville Boatyard and provides oversight of Bullock Island Boatyard and remote slipway sites, to ensure safe, customer‑focused and coordinated service delivery of these commercial facilities, including commercial performance, business development, safety and environmental compliance.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, high customer service values, excellent knowledge of the marine repair industry, experience in managing a large operational workforce and relevant qualifications and/or equivalent skills and experience.
